We would like to apologize for inconveniences recently experienced on our website.

Change is not always easy and transition brings a wealth of information and growth for us all. We would like to give further thoughts regarding the last weeks.

A challenge we’ve faced since we began broadcasting services online is accurate attendance and why members are connecting. One goal of the attendance form based access was to know this by requiring a response. From the few services with required attendance, we’ve learned much about those connecting.

Two issues were instantly reported with the change.

An invasive form required to be completed for connection.

On the first matter, this seemed to be a small issue as reported by the survey (less than 1% of total viewers).

On the second, We would like to firstly state that our goal was not to be intrusive for this collection of data. Be assured, member data is treated with the same respect each member receives from their minister.

The virtual congregation has unique characteristics. In a local congregation, the rector would want to know each member, what draws them to the church and how to best serve their souls. There is a desire to understand this in the virtual congregation. As well, with a developing tool and resource for the church, it’s beneficial to better understand for broadcasting and connecting members this way.

WIth the feedback received, we can see the impact NewApostolicChurch.tv has on souls. This information will help for development into the future.

Once more, we apologize for the changes made in the last weeks if this has caused concern or offense. Again, this was not our intention but rather as steps to further develop this service.

We’re continually thankful for your participation and feedback. Overwhelmingly, the response is that NewApostolicChurch.tv is an amazing tool to connect souls to the altar.
